WHAT'S IN A NAME

 

Or what the heck does Nezzarian Tiffral mean?!? Nezzarian is taken from the word "Nazarene" which means a native or inhabitant of Nazareth (the city Jesus was from). Jesus himself was called The Nazarene. Taffral is taken from the base word "taffrail" which is a rail above the stern of a ship. So Therefore my name means Jesus is my strength or literally the rail that keeps from falling off the back of the ship... or just over board. That's it in a nutshell. I am Nezzarian.

 

I am that big bundle of contradictions just like most people. Texas born... Cali raised-- Single father and educator by choice. So far removed from the high school kid who started many a school day in front of the liquor store that it's hard to believe we exist in the same space-time continuum. AnyZ, i am an educator -- did the adjunct thing at the university level n just finished my first year workN with elementary boyz who have discipline problems. Taught a 3rd grader who didn't know his ABC's to read this year... very challenging yet rewarding work. Still for him, for me, for all of us as a people -- life isn't about where you started... it's a journey enjoy the ride. Keep lookN back you are likely to trip over something so look to the sky, to the horizon and what you want to become...

 

Good question to ask self: "WHAT DO I WANT TO BECOME... and what have I done today to move a step closer to getting there?"
