Nterlude Records has been reorganized and is now under the auspices of McPherson Media Group. We will still operate our Recording business but God has blessed us to broaden our horizons and we are currently producing a tv/dvd series entitled "The In Crowd". An inspirational series following the lives of 6 teenagers, their adversities and their triumphs. We will be hosting the film in 2009 across the country at various theaters. God is so Good.

McPherson Media Group Announces
HIP HOP, RAP, R&B, GOSPEL, INSPIRATIONAL (SONGS AND INSTRUMENTALS) NEEDED
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 1, 2009
Project: A teen drama mini-series (currently in production). Mini-series deals with current issues and peer pressures that the majority of teens are facing. Instead of problems being resolved with violence, the purpose of this series is to show the youth other ways to deal with problems.
The Music Supervisor for this show needs a variety of material.
Not interested in anything inappropriate - keep the lyrics clean and absolutely FREE of profanity or uncleared samples. Recordings must be Broadcast Quality (great home demos should be okay).
All approaches and tempos are welcome. Songs that talk about today's teen issues are highly sought. Songs that have universal lyrics which are general enough to apply to many different scenarios/scenes/plots/etc. are also welcome.
Instrumental beats that have some diversity and dynamic but don't get in the way will be the most desirable.
All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS - NO CRITIQUES FROM OUR COMPANY WILL BE GIVEN.
The terms of the contract are non-exclusive, and the artist will retain all rights to their material. There will be an accompanying soundtrack that will eventually be sold as part of the DVD packaging. Further information about compensation will be discussed if your material is chosen.
Please submit one to three songs on CD. Be sure to include a phone number and an email address with your submission. CDs will not be returned unless you send a self-addressed, postage paid envelope with your submission.
