God's Creation
According to Genesis, God created "man and woman" in His image, then he gave them dominion over all living things He created. He commanded them to be fruitful and multiply. And He set forth one rule, which was not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Well, the evil Serpent came along and tricked Eve into eating that forbidden fruit. Then she skillfully manipulated Adam to do the same. In doing so, they immediately broke God's command. And, as we all know, they were cursed with hard labor, pain with childbirth, and banished from the Garden of Eden. Thus, the saga continues...
About me...
First, I am the proud mother of two, wonderful children. My daughter resides with me in North Carolina but my son is in the United States Army. He's currently serving a tour in Iraq. Please join me in saying a prayer for his safe return.
Now, it is my belief that family is the utmost thing in life. No matter what happens, your family is one thing that is constant and that you can always rely on. We added an addition to our family, Dylan Christopher. Yes, he was a guinea pig (see his picture below) and he was my daughter's first pet. We loved him dearly and cried for a long time after he died on December 31, 2007. Now, my daughter is blessed with a female guinea pig, Sophie Ann.

Relationships
Sure, lovers come and lovers go.
But, true love doesn't just go with flow.
Giving totally to someone is probably our greatest fear.
But, if and when you do, it can be an experience, so far; so near.
Being with someone who just doesn't care,
Is like being with someone just for a dare.
And, when it's finally over and you go your separate ways,
You ask yourself, "Was it really worth it, wasting all those days?"
And, just how would someone like me know?
Well, let's see, I've been divorced long enough to know that he's remarried to Mrs. So and So.
Friendships
Friendships are like a fine glass of wine.
Savor the taste while enjoying the fruits from the vine.
If we continue to be friends, please promise me this,
Never do anything to put this friendship at risk.
I like the friends I’ve made today.
They make me laugh, think, or feel a certain way.
Being of sound mind and body, I am able to stand tall.
Since you’ve made me feel like the world isn’t so bad after all.
You contribute to making this planet a better place.
And your presence in my life, fills an empty void of space.
