Greetings to all:
This is just an exercise of futility
I'm just clearing my thoughts....so I jott down rants and chants...with a twist of quotes, irony, oxymorons and cliches..a dash of urban prose.. that is sweet to the nose as a beautiful red rose..and then attempt to channel this energy/vibe/spirit via...poetry flavored with puns.... writing is a wonder ground for me...just a flash of dilettantism.. ..novice stuff..and yet
I'm sure this is just a draft, of many bc as I stated b4, I try to make my writing/texting a hobby or perhaps a craft..

Oh what a sensation or better yet an elevation state of elation.. enabling one to step up in social situtations ..when articulation, collaborations.. usings terms of vivid creations ..can enhance one's ability to rule congregations maybe even nations... (for a poet who doesn't don't know it..sometimes the talent comes out and one can't help but to show it)..How illuminating is that..? Oh my God, I'm using this multimedia utensil as a blog...Yet lacking "elements of style.."

Wordsmiths, if you're out there share in my quest & continue to advocate for literacy.
Rap/hip-hop, do-whop, bebop, lindyhop roots of the spoken word...lets enhance our ways
of communicating....let me attempt to count the way of words..
If a picture is worth a thousand words
then a thousand words, if expressed properly, would have the impact, beauty
and narcotic stimulant of the preface within a James Baldwin or Tom Wolfe novel.
I'm all for cerebral muscle growth..or development of the mind....
which ever comes first..yet always striving to attain knowledge
like a hunger for thirst.

dweller of the urban jungle.. a brother born from very humble beginnings...living in single dwelling/multi dwelling environments and surroundings..developing a very non-rustic..lifestyle...a black cat..puma down, a panther, no a bcat,.aka..(Bk Cable Access Television) studio producer....an OBAM...".original black american man"..an endangered specie in the U.S. of A.... land.
.Much love to the African diaspora and the many folks of the Carribean...however let me get back 2 the beat of the BKNY 11206 street...yellow cabs won't stop for me...enforcers for the establishment- (da police/etc) see me as a threat..there 4 bias factors & profiling r a usual ocurrence.....looks can be misleading...I'm ghetto prep with every step.and in tune with the beat of the urban street.....rolling along ..among "everyday people" ...hair style...dreds..attire..after 7..black tie..gray flannel fragrance..button down cotton shirts..but my favorite style is ultra casual..very laid back....t-shirts..etc... my size nor complexion should not be a suggestion for consideration in any selection...bc a good thing knows how to win your affection....
.I'm born and educated from the state of assimulate...this is why my personal/social/professional future is destined to be great....jeans...sweats..loafe rs..crocs..vests....tweed blazers...I always walk with a bag..bc "I have a bag of my own"...


Music is the single common denominator that strengthens diversity...



The beat of the drum, the sound of strings..the tickling of the ivories..and of course the wood section..let's not forget the folks who blow the brass along with the air from the woods.. ..they make folks shake it fast.... mix in.the tambourine and the triangle...what a beautiful sound..such heavenily noise..consisting of .percussions..horns..strings other things and then ..human sounds..or sound effects.Bringing 4th the .Enhancement of ones civility within their own self expression..this source of energy defeats all forms of depression..bc...music can calm one's spirit even during a nationwide economic regression disguise as a poverty depression..prohibition times..wall street crash..world war one...everyone loves good music..can you say joplin, james brown, leonard bernstein, smokey robinson, doris day, tony bennet, Louis armstrong, frank sintra,barbara streisand, the platters, Quincy jones,Grover washington, Bach, Beethoven..billie holiday..duke ellington..Eubie blake.. .".and so it goes"..
Music is the cohesiveness that keeps everything right and simply tight. Music keeps the peace. and represents the sounds of our soul.....I'm eclectic in this topic defering to..classical, pop, ragtime, jazz, r&b, contemporary..as a preference for my personal environmental background sounds... I'm Very very nostalgic...do you know your history? I'm trying 2 learn mine....

also makes sounds..disturbing sounds, which are common around here though normally in the wee hours of the morning.. I don't sleep by the windows.....In life theres always beef..an unknown body always has got beef with somebody...and in the aftermath nobody fights like the
days of my daddy.. u know...hand 2 hand man 4 man..it's all about bullets....and yet drugs ,all kinds, are still ruining lives and it continues to run amok in the community.where... .jobs are scarce..and...dysfuction is the norm.. yet still.. there is love....gentrification is the current situtation....never the less these are the cards that life has dealt me....but it's alright..and it's all good..bc I'm thankful that at times I get it live.. while I strive, to survive and thrive in the hood....
yet can't get over the sufferage of my native american roots...
Africa is all diced up...America..the USA is the "way of the world"....

I'm not promiscuous...though somehow a casual flirt can hurt.. however I employ an equal opportunity acquaintance to all women.of the rainbow....and yet, a well seasoned woman is what tickles my fancy.a designing woman prototype..someone perhaps a southern belle..or a poverty stricken religious ghetto gal.I have a hidden talent...the midas touch..that the ladies love so so much....I also have the prescription of a narctoic drug which has side effects that can cause ladies to be aroused , swell, moisten ,jell uttering an orgasmic yell..but ladies.please .keep this on the hush don't tell.., never the less..and kindly don't 4get that I'm a Gentleman and a Scholar....when given the opportunity within the precise moment or hour the net result is to provide them with pleasure and continue to make the ladies holl'a..

Breakfast in bed is how she will get fed..Fresh flowers everyday of the weekend...Periodic Bed & Breakfast retreats......lounging in Barnes & Nobles..seeking that next great novel..staying informed...known as poetry in motion...smooth enough to sway the Atlantic Ocean......Global thinker not an avid drinker..yet Brooklyn based ..total trait..Clean / Cut guy who hails from Bed-Stuy ..educated at the height of Brooklyn..no jive..Brooklyn Heights...St. Francis College.. aftermath Midwood/Flatbush based-.Brooklyn College...along with the Black NYS of mind street knowledge....
