I am 66% Sub-Saharan African - 23% European and 11% East Asian I love walking. I respect myself and others. I am aware of who I am, I do not seek definition from the person I am with, nor do I expect them to read my mind. I am quite capable of articulating my needs. I am hopeful. I am strong enough to make most of my dreams come true with the help of the Lord. I know love, therefore I give love. I recognize that love has great value and must be reciprocated. If my love is taken for granted, it soon disappears. A good woman has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance, and knows that she will at times, have to inspire others to reach the potential God gave them. A good woman knows her past, understands her present and moves towards the future. A good woman knows that with God, the world is her playground. A good woman does not live in fear of her future because of her past; instead she understands that her life experiences are merely lessons meant to bring her closer to self knowledge and unconditional self love.

There are several things I am most grateful for in life: I am grateful first because above all, I am a child of God and know the difference between right and wrong. Salvation: Knowing where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going, brings me great peace and understanding of life. Trials: Although they are hard, and sometimes the worst things I've gone through, I know that they are important and a necessary part of my life. There is something to be learned in all that one goes through in life. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to go to school and to graduate from college at my age in [2008]I am greatful to be able to recognize and know that knowledge POWER. I am grateful that all of my children have MA's and BA's with great careers. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to help others, because makes my life more meaningful. The rewards are phenomenal. That is why I refer to myself as The Phenominal_CA_Lady. I am greatful to have grandchildren, who are hungry for the word, at the age of 5 year old has memorize 29 verses from the Bible and a 7 year old who has memorize the Martin Luther King speech in its entirety word for word. They love the Lord and Love school. When they visit their Knannah at some point through the day they want us to sit and read the Bible. I will read a verse and they will read a verse.[It starts in he home] I am grateful for this life that has given me, many challenges, and obstacles, and I can still stand strong in faith of a higher Being; and have hope. Good friends: I don't care who you are, life is just easier when you have genuine friends. It's even better when your friends understand and share your creative pursuits.
