What`s up BP,I`m PhilEsco318.I`m 36 years of age.originally from Shreveport,La.My hobbies are reading,writing poetry,listening to music,Watching movies on DVDs,samurai flicks,anime,internet.my dislikes are haters of all things that are positve in this world,racists,sexist,homophobe s,wifebeaters,child molesters,gangsta rap,reality televison,cable TV,radio stations that play tasteless music,the media and social engineering.About myself:I`m very kindhearted(unless you try to piss me off)humble,a good listener,a good friend,faithful,full of integrity,openminded,honest.I was once a devout Southern Baptist,about two years I`ve come to a decision to live and practice Soto Zen Buddhism.I don`t know what got me into this philosphy.But it`s more my cup of tea.And no I don`t levitate 10ft in the air and I don`t chant like Tina Turner.I practice what they call `shikataza`or silent illumination.It`s mostly meditation to seek clarity and do away with the `self`or ego.Well enough about philosphy.I like to rant for a moment about today`s Hiphop and RandB,It`s all garbage!Young Jeezy,50CentandAllofG-Unit and that hypocrite Mase.Fricking garbage!!!!!!!!And that Laffy Taffy song was to me a waste of radioairplay.I listen to real hiphop and RandB.Outkast,common,kanye west,mos def,jill scott,floetry,john legend,BEP(black eye peas).And guess what BP,I love rock,jazz,and heavy metal,some country and no gospel.I don`t care what y`all think or say about me.I`ma keep it real,Not per se that I`m a hoodcat that walks w/gangsta limp looking and acting ignorant.Keeping it Real meaning being yourself,not trying act like a poser just be like everybody else,refusing to not be brainwashed by social engineering that plague our brains thru Television(BET/MTV andUPN)magazine ads,organized religion(TD Jakes Creflo Dollar,Bishop Eddie Long 700 Club)radio station that constantly played the same crappy Top 40 songs that we hear over over again.In conclusion,It good to be a member of BP.Anybody can stop bymy page and leave a note or humbly sign my guestbook.with one exception,Do not send anything ignorant or ghetto,because I don`t speak ebonics;Or any pornographic material.If so,expect to get cussed out.anyhow,Stay positive and love and your life.With metta and gassho to all that all about positivity.
