All I want in life is for my children to grow up and be a productive lady and be gentlemen. I'm a proud father of 4 ages 28, 24, 17 & 4, I was 39 and glowing when I had the last one even though I could've started living my life but I was ready for us to have this little charmer. I will always say that the lady/man in your life can be gone today but you children will always be yours. I was a father at 17 and never ran for my responsibility. So any deadbeat dad you'll get no sympathy from this man.

• I'v been working out for 18 years but 7 years ago stopped with the philosopy of working out and started training because I was talked into bodybuilding and never looked back, I was training my body and my mind at the same time because you go through stages of getting your body in top form about 8 to 10 weeks from a show which starts with training, cardio & eating. The end result is what you bring to the table on saturday morning the day of the show, unless it's a national show then it's Friday night.
