Born April 1, 1982 in Joliet, IL. Been a fan of
music all my life. From R&B to HIP HOP even down to some forms
of rock. Over my life, I learned to play 6 different instruments.
With parents who were both musically inclined and also an older
sibling, it just stuck with me. I've been writing ever since i
could remember. It was my way of releasing frustrations. All
through high school, me and a few of my buddies (Simon D. Phoenix
and N-Tense) basically formed a group and performed at a couple
high school shows. After graduation, we all split and went our
different ways. Myself losing focus of my goal with the music after
hearing so many "over nighters" come into the game with
commercialized music and setting my favorite art form backwards. I
stopped rapping all together. Writing, freestyling, and the whole 9
yards to follow. I featured here and there on a couple mixtapes and
was involved in one of the city's biggest beef between artists.
After some sour production involvement, i gave up and sat back. Not
even thinking twice to grab the mic. I grabbed my pen and pad again
and started jotting down lyrics here and there with a couple of my
friends on internet websites involving hip hop. From this i ran
into Simon D. Phoenix and N-Tense again. Simon moving back home,
while N-Tense was out of state doing his own solo project. Simon
also who had been doing solo projects stayed in my ear about making
a comeback to the mic and doing it big again like we used to.
Listening i caught the bug and met with producer John Boi who has
had a few songs grace the major radio stations of chicago. I took
myself out of my slump and started back writing. I ran into a good
friend who is doing music as well here in chicago with Riky Cutz.
An R&B singer who has worked with a few groups such as
speedknot mobstas and is also working on his own solo project.
Talking with both of them and using their motivational words to
inspire me to grab the mic and bring true hip hop a jewel of music
which has been missing for a while now. Now i've been recording and
making my second album "Honest Liar:The Show"...i hope to see that
the world isn't completely blind to the fact of good music. REAL
