I guess this is the section were I "sell myself".
Sorry I am not going to do that, considering most people wont read this, but will instead look at the picture and make their move. So for those who do read this, what more can I say? I'm 32, father of two. BA in Inner City Studies hoping to start my Ph.D next year in African American Studies. Or is it my MA in Political Science. Or was it Public Administration. I forget sometimes. I work in social service. Career is important to me, but family, God and my health matter more. I love Black Studies, my Playstation, cooking, quiet walks . I am also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, (Spring 02).
At this stage in my life, I've gone through some incredible moments; for the sake of a dramatis personae I will call them a series of interesting events. For the sake of being blunt I am in a rebuilding stage. I know this might turn some off, but I'm all about honesty and honestly, I'm starting back at one. To that end I am also in the process of leaving Chicago and its many painful memories behind.
Of course one of the major things I am looking for in starting back at one is a queen to build with. I truly believe a man can only go so far without a help meet (go read your bibles). So I am looking for a rib. I figured I'd try all venues, so I am going to be honest and say that I aint opposed to meeting someone off of Black Planet provided their convo and emotional skills are up to par. For those of you who are serious and just using this as an alternative method of meeting people, these are the non negotiable traits. I want five simple things in my woman...call it THE FIVE CRITERIA. These are:
1)Knowledge of Self-Proud to be Black and NOT ashamed
2)Intelligence-You gotta be able to keep up with the convo.
3)Ambition-What is that song lyric? Ambition makes me so horny? Right you understand.
4)Loyalty-Do you got my back?
5)Spirituality-Can we pray together?
Of course, the ability to be sexually creative and open is a must, but there's no need to get all explicit now is there?
Ok, back to the folks that don't read but look at pictures. I'm sure you've scanned down and this section caught your attention. Well I guess I cant leave you out, but yet do I really need to provide a road map? Seriously, if you aren't looking for something real, then just state your peace and see what happens. I've been around this site off and on for some time, so my tolerance for ghetto pointless sisters is real low. If you wanna rap and get to know me cool. If not move to the next profile.
