Our Mission
Our mission is to provide medical, educational, and training services to the people who need it most, WOMEN and CHILDREN.
WHO IS ANGEL TOUCH?
Angel Touch Loving Care, Inc. is a humanitarian organization committed to working with children, women, and orphanages in poor rural areas in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
ANGEL TOUCH LOVING CARE is a respectfully small and new organization that was founded by Mr. and Mrs. Petit in the year 2002.We have been here undertaking to various causes to assist local Atlantans in need. It's so true that there are a lot of worthy causes out there, but sometimes the organizations have just a little of your donations left after all the administrative work has been taken care of.
In 2008, we had to expand our reach to a village in Ghana called Akramang in the Amasamang district. This outreach came about when Mr. Petit was enstooled a Chief in the village on one of our trips. We still do things locally in the community so we need help in cash and in kind.
Training:- We will be training the women to be the uniform makers for the schools at a cost, cooking healthy balanced meals with the little that's available and hygiene.Tie-dye making is something that is already in progress. We hope to be able to build a library for the village so we are in need of computers. We will be providing mobile medical care to the village and the surrounding villages. Also, we are open to people who are interested in getting on the board and to get involved with the decision making. You can also help by ADOPTING A CHILD or a VILLAGE
We at ANGEL TOUCH LOVING CARE do organize tours under Khepera Tours 100% of the proceeds after expenses go to the humanitarian work. We do hold conference calls that we make open to our board members and trustees. With this process, we brain-storm to pick what the most pressing issue is and how to tackle it.
As the old adage goes, "it takes a village" so I hope and know, that together we can conquer and do some great things. I'd rather "teach a fisherman how to fish" than give him a fish. Please help us reach for EXTENDED hands and give the HELP we can.We know that most people like to know where their donations go to so we furnish the TIN upon request.
Donations
We will be grateful for donations both in Kind and in Cash. To send donations or sponsor a child, call or e-mail us at
770-319-6810 or petitm1@comcast.net.
Sincerely Yours,
Mike & Lydia Petit.

Gore is a small island 900 m in length and 350 m in width sheltered by the Cape Vert Peninsula. Now part of the city of Dakar, it served for many centuries as one of the principal factories in the triangular trade between Africa, Europe and the Americas. Being almost devoid of drinking water, the island was not settled prior to the arrival of Europeans. The Portuguese were the first to establish a presence on Gor e (c. 1450), building a small stone chapel there and using it as a...
