If you're a Fan of Good Music............I'm a Fan of You!!! Q.Z. encountered all the hardships any young and devious teenager does. His life soon changed when he found a way out by making beats for child hood friends in Biloxi, MS. One day he wrote a song and everyone liked it and said he you should rap too. His main objective is to touch many people with his music, and bring the industry what he feels is "missing" right now "good music for the public." Q.Z. Has encountered many ups and downs in his 22 years of life. Recently in December of last year he lost his 1st cousin, whom was like a brother to him to police brutality in the county prison. Before that tragedy occurred, Q.Z. was unfortunatly a part of the worst Natural disater in history,Hurricane Katrina. Q.Z. and his family, lost everything in the storm, but he did not loose his drive and passion for the music. He and fellow labelmates continued to record even with no place to stay. Now that's what you call determination. Throughout it all, Q.Z. has kept his head up high and beliefs in good strong. Only 22 years old, he's already made the Vibe Magazine, with his fellow label mate, J-5ive, Shot an independent video, interviewed by ample radio stations, and radio spins in Germany. Q.Z. is a real fan of real Hip-Hop, and shuns "disposable music". He believes Music is timeless and should be recorded in a timeless fashion. He's already had an album under his belt entitled "Know Me B4 u Judge" which sold over 5,000 copies on the internet and in Mississippi alone. Q.Z. is the Co-C.E.O. of Black Key Entertainment LLC, in which he and J-5ive started in legally in 2004. So as you see, he isn't just a rapper, he's a producer, songwriter, engineer, arranger, C.E.O. and artist. He wears many shoes, but he fits them all very comfortably! "I'm just in love with music and the whole process of creating it" says Q.Z. But one things for sure, things young entrepreneur shoots for the stars, and rarely misses!
