Hello and Welcome to my little spot on BP! I am originally from Rhode Island...small state, but it's home. I am 5'2, 118lbs, petite. I don't really think you all need to know that, but I just put it out there anyway. I am currently in Health care, but my first passion is to work with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children. Hoping to one day get a degree in Deaf Studies and pursue my dream. With some help from GOD and willpower I will get it done. I am getting up there in age, but it's never too late to learn and go to school...right? I joined Blackplanet to meet positive and outgoing people. It's always nice to meet new faces. (However if you are climbing that crazy ladder, no need to message me!) And you know who you are.(lol). I am a very stubborn person...(THAT'S THE TAURUS IN ME). I am only this way when I feel people are toying with my emotions. If you can't be honest, friendly and straight forward...then I don't want to be bothered with you. I enjoy writing poetry....it calms me! I am no Maya Angelou...but I do what I do. Love listening to music, can't imagine not having it. It's like not hearing birds sing in the morning. Not just any music, Because some of the sounds they got out today are just down right a MESS!! What's happening to music today? It's doesn't have to make any sense or have meaning nowadays...WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON? You shouldn't be able to put anything on wax. I enjoy reading, surfing the net, learning new things and people and learning things about people. etc, I am also very laid back and reserved (That is until someone provokes me with negativity...PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!) Most importantly, I am a mother of a THIRTEEN year old son. Yes I have myself a teenager.He's a good kid...but I can be a little tough on him. That's my job. Don't want him growing up being a knucklehead!! I am not going to give my whole life to BP viewers...just wanted you to know a little bit about me. Thanks for stopping by.
