As we get older we must take care of the body. Went Exervise we get all the fix/ that the body need. Yes' I like to get my legs Exervise everyday from all the driving, Stress out,Eating,Cold Weather,And Also the Entertaining on that T,V.The walk is all-good! Hey" 1.30min aday good for me. not bad!That a time out for me! Stop to give myself a check. can i walke,1,2,3 mile? does the body good! U no we like look and feel good" about are self.
