It is all about love isn't it? I mean the whole "thang" called life! But, still what is love? I have come to find that love is the process whereby two "individual" entities "express" the power of attraction in order to "join" with the other in mutual harmony. Peace is the same concept. Opposites joined as one so that the differences between them "cease" to be of any effect. There is no peace without love and there is no love without peace. The cessation of "againstness". While these things are true, there is still one thing missing. One crucial aspect or necessary part in order for peace and love to be. The spirit! Being Christian does not stop me from taking in truth from other sources. To the contrary, it means that I am open to the movement of God in all things. Therefore, when I say that the yin and yang symbol tells the same truth I speak of, I am not confused as to the author of that truth. The concept of the trinity tells the same story and so does the statements in the bible that say, "for this reason a man shall leave his mother and father and "cleave" to his wife that they may be one flesh." Two become one when they are joined together in the same spirit. So, if I tell anyone that I love you, it means far, far more than I want to "smash uglies" with you, which is just a physical attempt at creating the "oneness" or joining of the two that can only truly occur in spirit. Indeed, when the spirit between people is correct, the sex is...is...shall we say...orgasmic? Mutual orgasm in the physical will cause the individual partners to lose the sense of separateness and where one begins and the other ends becomes unknown. For that brief moment, man and woman achieve the "paradise" state of being "one flesh", but only for a moment. Still, it is a moment like no other. The key for us dual natured beings is to know that, we must seek that oneness in the spirit of the matter. Making love begins for me first thing in the morning when I shoot you that first smoky look, kiss you and say, "Good morning". Foreplay transpires all day through a look, a thought, a touch, a consideration of you and your needs. All in all, there is no escaping the "old man, animal nature" in me, but I seek to keep it and its rather strong passions under the control of a "new man, spiritual in nature" that knows that making love has very little to do with the body. It is in the heart, mind and soul...
Many online can be said to be in a state of perpetual "readiness", but being "IN SEASON" is really a much more penetrating concept. The concept, act and art of love was always intended to be quite a bit more intense and deeper than six or so inches would allow. Though it may be a destination, the target is not between your legs, but dead center in the tender parts of your heart...
