I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology (the study of human behavior and mental processes) from Pepperdine University. I am a Certified Life Coach in a form of coaching called RapidChange. I help people gain insight, set and attain goals, and acquire tools for lasting change in their lives. I followed my passion to be of service by making a difference in people's lives on a greater level.
