Praise the most high God, BP! It's a blessing just to be alive. Hope everything is well with you as you journey through my page. I'm a 23 year old mother of one and getting closer and closer to being a wife. Just waiting for that beautiful day to come. Anyway. Down to business. Life is treating me like I'm defeatable. I got news for the devil. He can no longer steal my joy. I know I shouldn't let anything stress me out but I do sometimes. I'm learning to not let everything get me down. I'm pressing my way through. I've overcome a lot of obstacles with the Comforter on my side. I know now that the biggest mistake I've ever made is not letting go and letting God handle everything. Since I've started letting Him work through me, I've notice things are going smoother. There are still stumbling blocks here and there, but overall things are being worked out in my favor. My husband is a wonderful man. He's 27. He was here for me even at a distance. He's a hard-working, God-fearing man. I'm just waiting for him to accept his calling. We live in Birmingham. Now. I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do next on here. I want to give you a word from God like I used to do, but I can't figure out a way to go about it. Let's see. We never would've made it this far without God's grace and mercy. Some of us would be locked up or dead right now if He hadn't kept his hand of protection around us. We don't always give credit to the one it's due. We don't wake ourselves up everyday. We don't put ourselves to sleep at night. God created us, and he could just as easily snap his fingers and we would no longer exist. Give God the glory and honor for your life and the ability to breathe, walk, and talk. No weapon formed against us shall prosper as long as we continue to acknowledge God as the one and only true living god. I hope no one is going through what I've been through. I've been through a lot over the pass two years. I have a beautiful daughter and handsome husband. We've been through a lot of tests and trials. We know that there are more to come, but we will keep our faith and know that God will bring us through it all. The key to surviving is that you have to stay prayed up. By me not remaining prayed up, the enemy reeked havoc over my life. I'm not the same "Ruth" you all knew and loved. I'm stronger, wiser, and better than I was when you first met me. If you want to feel the anointing of God, just let go and let Him take control. May God bless and keep each of you.
