In addition, We are offering Steppin' Lessons. That's right so you can learn to step with the best of'em. Soul Line Dance Steppin' In Columbus. Six weeks of steppin' to health and fun. Summary Update: Whitehall Parks and Recreation. Pay as you go. $5 each class. Tuesdays. Six classes. Far East Recreation Center. Six classes for $25. Fridays. All sessions 7pm - 8pm.

I've just seen an article which states that by 2025 95% of the female african american population will be obese. It always amazes me what sistas consider to be beautiful. You see woman all the time walking around with tight jeans on. Never giving a thought as to what all that pseudo sexiness really means. 'I will eat mysef to bad health and still believe I look good.' African American Literary Writing Group Phase II Okay so here it is. I'm Val. This is how it started, we are calling this Phase II because phase I, at least in its current fashion is phasing out. Initially this group targeted and was restricted to African American females only. Ages 30-43. The goal was to attract those interested in reading and writing, only one person was writing.
