I primarily use this as a networking medium and would be more inclined to respond to visitors with whom there is intellectual parity or at least the semblance of. I ask for nothing I cannot give in return, so while I can be perceived as arrogant for my statement above....I am the company I keep.

On a lighter note. I am a Realtor with extensive knowledge of the Maryland and DC markets. I also have access to unbelievable downpayment and closing help programs which allow you to buy a home with very little out of pocket.
