A poem 4 your entertainment: The First Kiss

 I've anticipated its arrival, not knowing what to expect. Never did I think, however, that there'd be this major affect. The first kiss was so magical though, I think my lips melted. Of course it caught me off guard, because it was something I never expected. It was soft and all so delicate to my lips. I think my heart and mind may have taken a trip. I was a little bit startled and a whole lot shocked- So I expressed what I felt because our lips had just locked. As he did it again, I embraced what I felt. As his tongue danced around mine- I liked what I felt. My heart was pounding and racing, as he caressed the back of my neck. Holding me with the other arm as he continued to kiss and peck. This is how I felt the first time he touched me. Oh, how sweet the first kiss-- a sacred memory for thee! I'd like to capture this moment and keep it for the world to see. This is how it feels when you're truly in love, and the bond is formed in heaven up above. Now as I sit and ponder upon ideas of he and I I wonder how long the sparks will last or will tomorrow be good-bye. It's been a while since I've felt so flushed from a simple little kiss. Sending my mind and body into complete and utterly bliss. And never have I felt the passion, tenderness, and love from a kiss. Making me wonder- who is this man- really, who is this? I'll admit he's opened me up some more,- With the first kiss on the lips. I feel he's trying to reach my heart's core, and make my soul turn joyous flips. Wow, the very first kiss! Who knew that our lips and tongue intertwining is what was being missed.
