   I’m from Jersey and been in NC since 2002. What brought you here? I was in the army for 4 years and decided to stay in the south. My city is only 4.9 sq miles but we are hip hop in the essence. Naughty by Nature, Queen Latifah, The Fugees and the list goes on. If you still don’t know I’m talking bout East Orange. Jersey will always be my home but it’s not the same as before. So the south I remain.

 I am l.a.b. (long and brown) 6’3 and about 170lbs. I have 11 tattoos and still not done yet. I’m 26 and the oldest out of my mother kids but have other siblings. Before the army I attended William Paterson University the former party school of New Jersey. So that should be enough said on why I joined the army lol. I am a part of a legacy there Keep It Real formed 2000. We were a group that was showed love and respected like a frat. Big up all my boys still up north doing great things for themselves.

I attend FTCC to obtain an Arts degree in a pre-history major. I like History and English. However, I plan on being a history teacher. So I hope to transfer to Methodist College in NC for history but double major. School is just step one I plan on owning a couple of businesses with my brother Quan 2010. And I am drama free. Meaning no baby mama, wife, or girlfriend.

Rest In Peace to my big brother Jeffrey “Gangsta” Payoute. Jeff we all miss you dog. But til we meet again watch over us all. Your son is the gift you left us to look after. As we know you would have done for one of us.

SFC Ricky Crockett thank you for being a father figure to the motor pool guys. You showed us how to be better soldiers and that we choice the calling of joining the army. So make the best of it. You were taken from us in Iraq but you are not forgotten. Just missed a whole damn lot.

What I like? I’m into ol’ skool car but not the big rims. 22’s is the limit for me. I have a 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix. I love dogs but only own pitbulls. I write poetry, and hope soon to start doing short films. Seeing more of the world is my goal places like Japan and Africa especially. I also like cooking, skating that includes ice skating, movies, and to travel when I can. As you can see I am into life.

Life is what you make it !! So I’m just trying to live life out. There is life and death. But we are only remembered for the in between.
