Hello! My name is Smooth Freckles. I am a singer/ songwriter, poet, and storyteller. My fans have described my music as an original blend of smooth and mellow Contemporary & Old School R&B, Jazz, & Pop that has a universal appeal. My vocal style is smooth, mellow, tender, sensuous, passionate, and engaging; reminiscent of Teddy Pendergrass, Barry White, Luther Vandross, and Will Dowing Jr.

I have worked and collaborated with a stellar list of artists, which includes: Steve Clarke (world renown bassist/producer/engineer); Jonathan Dubose Jr. (world renown guitarist/producer/engineer); Jasmon (Jazz) Joyner (world renown keyboardist/drummer/producer/e ngineer); Milton "Eljaih Swing" Johnson (keyboardist/producer/engineer ); Paul Avgerinos (world renown, Grammy Award nominated artist (one of the pioneers of New Age Music, songwriter/multi-instrumentali st/ producer/engineer); Angela Clemmons (Professional singer who did two albums on Columbia Records, which included the # 4 disco hit "Give Me Just A Little More Time").

Mission: The world that we live in is, unfortunately, very stressful. My mission is to share my soothing and comforting songs and music with the world to help millions of people (listeners) relieve themselves of everyday stress and, as a result, improve the quality of their lives in general.
