My ideal mate is a brotha who understands that no one determines
his emotional state other then him. He lives with optimism and
gratitude. He`s always mindful that the best is yet to come, and it
has his name written all over it. He doesn`t view the world through
rose-colored glasses, but with 20-20 vision. He realizes that the
earth and its people are indeed flawed, but he chooses to
accentuate the good things. He understands that finding the right
spiritual fit for him as an individual can bring him all the
blessings, joy and abundance he can stand. He understands that a
real man is not too proud to say, I need a hand, while at the same
time being always willing to lend one. A real man does not measure
himself by his career, his salary, or the number of men (or women)
he slept with. He knows that a real man lives with integrity. He
takes good care of his body and understands that a healthy body
makes for a healthy mind and knows that the two work in tandem.
He`s physically attractive and can easily make the transition from
