Class is in session for Spoon_Tha_Don's highly anticapated Cd "Hoodleum ". This album is a breath of fresh air into the lungs of a dying Hip-Hop genere. The production of Tri-Quad on "Watching You" catches your ear from the first drum kick. Tha_Don and feature performer Professa laid vocals over the track that rode the beat like Andretti on a track. Spoon seemed to hand pick the right features for the right tracks. Mr. Sniccrs on "I get high"; Caution on "Get M.O.E"; Cannibal on "Streetz iz callin"; and Mr. Rossi on "Keep messing up". These songs are all fire no doubt but the solo work of Spoon on "Hitz home" where he is telling tales of how he used to view death, and struggle until he went through it all. It didn't stop there Spoon showed his street side in the title track "Hoodleum 101"; where he gave instructions on how to be a Hoodlum. This album is packed with great songs from beginning to end. With a release date slated for 2008.
