I am content, secure and BLESSED with many of life's luxuries from living my life right to being compassionate, empathetic and loving. My life is busy, but not quite full. I am a resident physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology with 2 subspecialties in Radiation Oncology and Cardiovascular disease. I like walks, talks, travel, movies, the theatre (even though I have never been) dining out, most music (not whiny country), and good conversation. I love motorcycles also, but due to an accident in 2000 I must admit I haven't been on one in awhile. I love to dance, but might try to learn a bit more with (or from?) you. I'm a home-girl (when at home or relaxing), but with some laissez-faire tendency mixed in: Democrat. I am silently philosophical: Humanist. I love to read.I take care of myself to the best of my abilities. I am height/weight relative -- 5'9, 160-165 depending on how many Haagen-Dazs fixes I need during any given time frame. Avg looking. Humble. A great sense of humor and love to laugh. JOY is my favorite word. I am told I am attractive, long dark brown hair & eyes; long legs, which make me, appear taller. I am a "girly girl" and revel in my womanhood.
What do I look for in a gentleman?
To tell you the truth, I'm not unambiguously "LOOKING", but to find someone to be the best of friends; hey maybe more if it's the Lord's will. I have a huge amount of intelligence, a huge amount of common sense and a great appreciation for the world around me. I try my best not take my life or the lives of others, for granted. In the near future, I pray to meet an intellectual, straight-thinking man who is well attuned and has a positive stance on life. A good sense of humor is REQUIRED -- preferably eccentric without being resentfully mordant. (Eccentric without bitters is immense.) I hope he daydreams about his future and has recovered from his past. Often that means that you are (or were once) less self-absorbed. Of course he has to be sensitive about the feelings of others and CARES. I pray that he is also young in heart, mind and spirit with passion and compassion-about me, about others, about ideas, about life.
