If you are still holding on to the past, let it go,forgive yourself. If you are not getting the gratitude you thought you should get, give gratitude. If you dont have the puppy you wanted buy a kitten they need love to. If you cant find that person to share a good story, good cry or good game with. Hold on, and wait. If you doubt; do not, because it will be greater later. When you feel things arent moving fast enough, be patient. When you feel unkindness, give compassion. What we do, comes back to us, what we give is given. So wait,be patient with yourself, forgive somebody, forgive yourself. Show love.. with your soul, not your body.
