Founder Chris Surrency, former musician, Naval Officer, Engineer, and NASA Project Manager, brings over 25 years of leadership, project management, and musical know how to the table. He began his professional musical career as a manager of several military musical groups that performed throughout the world at various military bases. It was from this military circuit that Chris learned the rigors of road management. After the military, Chris was associated and/or worked with musical and entertainment greats such as the great Toni Braxton along with her sisters, "The Braxtons", Ernesto Phillips and Renee Diggs of the group "Starpoint", Ray Ransom from the group "Brick", TV Talk show host Montel Williams, and Audra Parker (replacement singer in the Group Sister Sledge). Later, Chris was asked to manage the Howard University female Group XL and steered that group from scratch into becoming the flagship artist for the SONY/IEP Record Group. Chris worked with these ladies for three years enjoying the successful making of an Album "What We're All About", video, and securing a national tour. Recognizing talent with that "IT Factor" and building successful artists from the ground up is Chris' forte.
