HI BP Thank You for stopping by my spot to show some love.
A lillte bit about me: I attend church, have never been married, have no kids and don't think i am going to have any at this point in my life(lol).I work everydays. i am a intelligent and independent woman whom enjoy bowling, walking on the lakefront, going to plays and watching movies cuddlled up(scary and comedy a good laugh is always nice ),cooking together or going out to dinner sometime, riding my motorcycle (before i sold it), hanging out and dancing. Being out doors(working in my yard) in the summer /fall time is nice & winter /spring in the house or get a cabin w/fire place and friends hanging out.Getting out in the winter sometimes is pretty, especially downtown chicago.Traveling is nice to do all year around.
On my pic is my family that I love dearly.Grandma & Granddad, My two sister on each side of me, Me and My Dad for his birthday & Me and My Mom on my Graduation. This is whom I have on my side beside God himself. Without the man up above there would be no us.I am enjoying life and try to keep a positive attitude.I know one thing for sure is that 2008 has to be better than last year.I promised myself to smile more this year.So now i have to make sure i make myself happy if nothung else.
This Prayer really touch me so I would like to share it w/everyone else:
Prayer For The Present Moment
Dear God,I spend so much time reliving yesterday or anticipating tomorrow that I lose sight of the only time that is really mine, the present moment. You give me today one moment at a time, that's all I have, all I will ever have. Give me the faith which knows that each moment contains exactly what is the best for me. Give me the hope which trusts you enough to forget past failing and future trials. Give me the love which makes each moment an anticipation of eternity with you. I ask this in the name of Jesus, who is the same yeserday, today, and forever. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
