Why wait for January 1st 2010 to start getting in better shape?

Start today.  My motto is Baby Steps.

Eat less fatty foods, instead of having breakfast meat(sausage, bacon) try to have eggs and whole grain toast.  Use salsa as a condiment.

Park further away from your office door and take those extra steps.  Your heart and lungs will thank you.

Two BabySteps incorporated today.  That was easy!
