Life is a journey we must all travel, but being by yourself is more of a adventure. As I travel through BP and read the profiles I see alot of lost, hurt, and confused souls. Everyone has standards and preferences, but most of us use them in a negative manner. Standards mean what you stand for. If your standards are too high it mean you stand to be by yourself. Your preference means what you prefer. If your preference are unrealistic, it means you really perfer to be alone. Always keep in mind noone is perfect, andthe last person that was walked on water. Don`t get me wrong, I wouldn`t settle for anything less than what I needed in my life. Just remember like you judge others, you too will be judge also. Don`t continue to let life past you bye. In stead of being a bridesmaid, or matron of honor at all of your gyrls friends weddings, you could be a bride. Well on those cold nights of winter, christmas morning by the fireplace,family gatherings,and New Year`s Eve, you can have your preferences and standards to keep you warm and secure. DON`T LET LIFE PAST YOU BYE.

Who am I?





Who am I? These questions have caused others to wonder, hate, be enlightened and even over indulge themselves in the answer. This is no mystery and others have even said it is a blessing to just know. I m the baby father who never was. Not only because I was careful, but also because I cared. I wanted my sisters to be more than a bad memory, a baby momma, something to do until my real princess arrives, or another African American statistics. I wanted them to live up to their full potentials and be the beautiful flowers God intended them to be.



Who am I? I m the brother who listened time in and time out how your man has dogged you out. I m that brother who provided you comfort through my very voice and soothing conversation. I did this faithfully and never asked for nothing in return, while you were broken hearted, waiting on a brother who barely remembers your name. I celebrated your mere existence, while the other brothers you perused only celebrated how quickly they could get your knees on your shoulders. I cried when you cried, because deep down I knew you deserve better. I am the one who treated you nice and made you feel special. I was the one who would have made you the one in my life, when you preferred to be one of many in some other brother s moment.



Who am I? I m the brother who showed you that all men aren t bad. I was the one that you couldn tunderstand, and wouldn t give a chance. I was the one who s application you would never accept. Even though you claim you wanted benefits, a flexible schedule and equality, you still choose to be a temporary on a job with false benefits and a set schedule from 12a.m 6a.m. on a dead end job.
