personal message

To all of my beutiful black planet family, it is such a pleasure to be back with you once again. It's been quite some time since I've been to the planet and I feel so blessed to be back. So many has passed on and shall not be forgotten....may they rest in peace. So much has taken place through the years yet God has allowed us to get past the negative and focus on the positive.

Right now I would like to take the time to thank my mother and father for being the greatest of examples to me, inspiring me to be the best person that I can be no matter what it takes. Mommy, thank you for teaching me that the black woman is a woman of royalty and should be respected by her black king at all times. Daddy, thank you for being that visual aid demonstrating all that she taught...showing me how to treat that woman of royalty, step by step. You had your faults but you were only human. Ladies and Gentlemen, thanks to my parents, I know that chilvary is not dead. Daddy, when mommy was called to glory, you not once looked toward another...never thought about taking on a new wife. You patiently waited 18 years to reunite with my mother because you knew that no other woman could wear her crown or sit on the thrown she occupied within your heart. Now you and your queen can spend eternity enjoying and loving one another once again, this time with the King of Kings, Lord of Lords. Rest In Peace.

On February 10, 2006, My sister Gail Adams suddenly passed onto glory. Gail, I miss all the talks we had, your fussing at me when I got out of line and your famous Mac and cheese on the holiday's. I need to tell you how much I miss you. I cry when I think about you and all of the ups and downs we experienced as brother and sister. Oh, the fun we had growing up...me, you, Donna and all of our friends. There are so many memories. Thank you for being a wonderful sister. I love you and miss you. You will always be with me. Rest In Peace.

Thank you God for sharing your children with me. You are such a loving and gracious God.
