Hello everyone, and especially that special person.

I logged onto Black Planet in 2003, with the intent and the attempt to chat and make friends anonymously. I became a member after loosing the best friend I ever had in this world , she was my world for many years. She embodied what a man would want in a women , she would introduce me as her friend her lover and her husband. Well enough about that, a friend advised me some months later that Black Planet ,was a venue that I could chat with interesting people. Well, I wasn't successful in making a connection or many friends so my account went dormant until recently.

By the way I still haven't found that special someone. I constantly here report that there is a shortage of good black men, maybe the reports should read that there is a shortage of women who want a good Black man in the there life. Since we are viewed as dogs here's my pedigree , I, had a successful career and now retired , I currently operate a small business, I own my home, my children are grown. I'm hot yea.

I find myself now on Black Planet, AGAIN . It has changed a lot, of course people are more open, and I do mean open.

I recently viewed several pages on Black Planet of some very interesting and gorgeous women, they all profess there honesty , loyalty , compassion, understanding, commitment, and like myself wanting to meet the right one. In contrast I also viewed the pages of women who called themselves freaks. They also professed to be loyal compassionate, you know the rest.

Black Planet has kind of taken the foot work and disappointment out of dateing,for mature guys and girls. We can sit at home and have dialog or investigative conversation to feel out a potential mate or just a friend. Of course at the end of the day I thank there are more people like myself who would truly like to meet that special someone that has those key qualities of being a friend and lover in that order, with the flavoring of honesty , loyalty , compassion, understanding and commitment.
