" "These reports tell of lenders who extend credit to borrowers unable to repay the debt (so-called asset-based lending); repeatedly refinance, or "flip," loans for the purpose of collecting fees; incorporate credit terms and products that are of questionable value to the borrower but significantly increase the cost of credit; and in some cases resort to outright fraud."
This was a quote from Governor Grimlich in 2002 , warning of a financial crisis that was coming. I have been discussing the issue that large investment firms designed the subprime mortgage market to eliminate the Black middle class. How else can you explain the 122%?
The problem is other countries in Europe, followed our lead as we were, were the pinnacle of the financial system. Can't pay your mortgage? No problem, it has been sliced (tranched) into complex financial instruments (CDO's, SID's, SDO's) and backed by the Treasury Department of the country you reside in.
However, in Europe, it is backed mainly by German Banks and German taxpayers.
What does your country get? Austerity measures: Cuts in Medicaid, education, police and fire services, I'm tired of repeating myself.
Yesterday the banks of these fraudulent loans are offering the US government 5 BILLION dollars to quit investigating them.
So, if these loans where designed to knock off the Black middle class, and this Presidential Administration takes the 5 BILLION to not investigate the banks involved, how Black is your President now?

Tranche Theory is my idea that the markets can be timed, and this is how I can prove I am right tomorrow. The FTSE ASE 20 is following a pattern of last year when a tranche of 4 billion dollars was injected into the Greek Banks. The results? The Flash Crash.
What does that mean for you as an investor?
The dollar will be stronger tomorrow as large mutual funds pull out of the Euro and go into the safety of the US dollar. THIS WILL BE ONLY TEMPORARY.

Blunt News: ?Buy Points of UUP Inverses?

The strong dollar has nothing to do with the death of Osama Bin Laden.
The dollar is stronger because of the restructuring of Portugals debt.
Once Portugal, Germany, and the IMF reach an agreement on the debt, look for the UUP (US dollar) to weaken again.
This is NOT the selloff I am waiting for, but it gives me an idea of what where to look in the markets when the correction comes.

Because the markets are tied to a weak dollar (UUP) and the US dollar is strengthening, then do not panic. You can make money shorting the inverses of the UUP, or wait until buy point are reached of the following inverses:
SPY FXE EWG EWQ are inverses of UUP and YCS
Trying to find relation to JPM to EWQ
I will be posting Buy Points of these inverses later.
If you know restructuring is going to happen in Europe, causing short selling opportunities for EWQ, EWG, and FXE to fall, should you short JPM?

Found another inverse for the US dollar:
EWQ. EWQ also correlates with EWG, YCL, and FXE

I was trying to see if DB was anyway connected to movements of the UUP
Still looking into it.
BAC and JPM are sharing the same technicals as EWG and EWQ
You should check it out.
But if I am right that JPM and BAC is tied to the performance of the EWQ
Then are US citizens supporting the Euro and Germany?
If this is true, then should BAC and JPM keep receiving tranche money?
