I was reading the First Book of Hermas (Vision I) and I got me to thinking about aspects of lust, and why we as humans go through much heartbreak.

Its "normal" to think about sexual intercourse after looking at certain people you desire physically. Procreation since early humanity,evolution, etc.. But a mind wandering in and out of these thoughts will be in constant purgatory.
