With an innovative style, overwhelming stage presences, and just plain amazing raw talent, The Movement is the Epitome of what New York City Hip Hop Dance Culture is Today. Fresh, Intense and Explosive. Fusing together a mixture of hip hop, Street Jazz, Pop Locking, Break dancing, and Krumping, these talented young men have created a unique style to call their own. Bringing a new creative element to the world of dance & making magic on any stage they touch. Originally created as a means to keep many of them off the streets and out of trouble, as well as give them an outlet to express themselves freely, The Movement has had to struggle and fight, Battle Adversity and Negativity, Go through so many up's and down's, yet through it all they've continued to work extremely hard to rise to the top. Staying focused and keeping there eyes on the prize. They all have a deep love and passion for dance, training and perfecting there skills for numerous years, most since birth. Helping them become stronger and more versatile dancers as the years go on. Striving for excellence and being the best they can be, and more. The Movement Continues to climb the mountain to the top, developing and growing into a powerful force, never surrendering, always looking ahead.
