To that end, I will leave you with these thoughts:

To be strong...that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness, prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel that there is something of value in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only the best, to work for only the best, and to expect the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit presence of trouble.

If you're a person of color and happen to be living in America and consider yourself an African American and/or you're simply "Black in America", or if you're just considered "Black" and living somewhere in a "Westernized" society, I have two questions for ya!

How deep does your knowledge of African history go and do you consider the information that you have part of "YOUR" rich heritage? If not, then you, as an African descendant should take a good look in the mirror.

What is culture and how did it originate? In what language is the "word" culture rooted and who invented the first alphabet? What group of people comprised the first civilization and what happen from there? How does mankind relate to such history and does anyone have information regarding these historical events?
