Success Is To Be Measured Not So Much By The Position That One Has Reached In Life As By The Obstacles Which He Has Had To Overcome While Trying To Succeed." ~Booker T. Washington Born a Chicago native and raised as a "Cajun Southern Belle", Alicia Guidry, a 23 year old self made model, has not only great, but as well as high expectations of her self within the modeling industry. Within the past few years, modeling was far from her mind of pursuing because she thought she didn't have what it took to be one. Due to a recent jail sentence Alicia unfortunately gained in early 2007, it made her re- evaluate the direction she wanted her life to go. A couple of months after being released, she decided to pursuit her secret passion of becoming a model. Based upon her inability to obtain her normal line of jobs because of her criminal background and being financial and emotionally unstable for months, Alicia used that "foundation" to decide if she was going to step into the modeling game she is going to push her self to the top, whatever it took. To keep Alicia humble, content and focused within every business venture she'd encourage herself in believing everyday that as long as she put all trust in God, she will be sure to make her ladder greater than her past. With that focus, Alicia believes her blessing shall come in due time!!! Alicia would like to get into acting, obtain roles in music videos, hosting a television show or televised network events if possible, become a known party promoter/ thrower, print work as well as runway work for clothing/shoes/ jewelry companies etc,. Her limits in this industry are limitless. She just wants to be known to do everything that she either chase or gets thrown her way. Alicia wants her name a house hold name of an accomplished model that came from the bottom to the top. She is extremely determined and committed to modeling and pursuing the other avenues that may come with it. Having no agency or management team behind her within her first 10 months, she has accomplished a lot. As a result, Alicia aka "Primadonna" has gained the title of "Rookie of the Year" in the modeling industry of Chicago. As of now Alicia is working on her own non- for- profit organization called "The MillionHeir'$ Network". Lately, a lot of people have asked for her advice on how she's gotten so successful in such a rapid pace. People have also advised her to help other models get paid jobs like she does because there are a lot of models that call themselves models but never make a living off of themselves as a model. Then there are scamming model management companies or even lazy management in which models find themselves' stuck with and eventually become discouraged by. Determined to make a difference, Alicia took it upon her self to form her own organization of models to help them find work and show them the "hustle" she possesses naturally that got her where she is today. This organization is run by models for models. Alicia wishes only the best for people and if it takes her and her team of models to do so, then by all means that's what going to happen for them. With that said, although she is not a celebrity as of yet, through the support she has gained from her own city, family, friends and from others throughout the U.S. that are already in the big leagues, this Primadonna is seen as someone to look out for and work. She has proven to be an extremely ambitious, intelligent, business savvy young lady with endless drive that will eventually guide her to the mogul that she believes to be that everyone else has to catch up and figure out.

CHECK ME OUT IN MARCH 08' ISSUE OF AS IS MAGAZINE... IN STORES NOW!!!

Today I just found out that I'm featured in AS IS Magazine! I am so excited! This is the stepping stone I needed to get my foot in the door to other major magazines such as KING, SOURCE, etc. I say this because little do people know being a model and getting your name out there is not as easy as it seems.
