Some have asked why did I cut all my hair off and decided to go natural? I have been doing a lot of research on caners and disease that affects African American Women and I have come to the conclusion that sisters use to many chemicals on and in their bodies. I stopped using relaxers, dyes and any non natural products on and in my body. I also stopped using Acrylic Nails.
I adopted an ovo-lacto-vegetarian diet as of July 21, 2009. I am moving toward becoming Vegan Jan 2010. Since then I have dropped over 50 pounds and I feel so peaceful and less stressed. I am not doing this for just weight loss but for my overall well being. I will be doing update swith new pics from time to time. If you have questions I don’t mind sharing.
I am really enjoying my 30's, I know what I want out of life and I will not accept anything less. I feel that when a sister is in her 30's, she knows who she is and should be on track with her career path, her life goals and have some financial stability. At this point in life its time prepare for the golden years and focus on family and a well being .
