Introduction and History

ITCU is a division of Tyehimba Enterprises. Tyehimba Enterprises is a licensed partnership.  ITCU deals with the needs of today’s IT world.  We are a small company, but we are well-equipped to meet the demands of any business- large or small.  We meet these demands by offering a variety of services to fit the needs of our clients.  We can replace your outdated computers and dispose of them or have them refurbished.  We can set up your new computers and your in-house networking systems.  We can also upgrade, repair, reconfigure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide effective solutions for your company. 

 

We only employ certified technicians to set-up and install your company’s computer and networking systems.  However, we don’t stop there.  We will also train your employees on how to get the most and best usage out of your equipment.  If your systems are not giving you the performance you need, you can consult with us to design computers and systems that will not only meet the level of performance that you need, but surpass it as well. 

 

 

Tyehimba Enterprises became a licensed partnership in April of 2005.  The partnership consists of owners Sango ; Tyehimba and Jackie Staton.  Sango has been in the computer industry for over 20 years and recently obtained his A+ certification and Network + certification.  Jackie has had a career in the business administration and customer services fields since 1994.

 

 

The concept of providing computer services and individualized career assistance came about when the owners noticed a trend in the types of support that their friends, family, and community were requesting.  It was at this point that Jackie and Sango decided to create a business concept focusing on those needs.  Tyehimba Enterprises has three divisions.  ITCU (Information Technology Care Unit), Progressive Pathways, and Tyehimba Handyman Services.  Progressive Pathways focuses on career consulting and business writing.  ITCU centers around computer consulting and services, Tyehimba Handyman Service focuses on home repair, remodeling, and maintenance.
