* * *OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM* * *
First, I would like to thank all the soldiers that are fighting over in Iraq. You guys need to be commended for risking your lives everyday to defend our country and fight for our freedom. It was an honor and a pleasure to have taken care of you when you came back wounded. Even though this whole situation is messed up, you guys still are dedicated and commited to your line of duty. First I would like to say THANK YOU LORD FOR BRINGING THOSE OF YOU WHO JUST GOT BACK, BACK HOME SAFELY!! I know that you all have endured a lot, seen alot, and felt a lot. The healing process will take some time both physically and mentally, but I'm here if you need me. To my friends that just left to go back again, I miss you guys so much. I love you all and can't wait till you come back home. I always pray for you, and hope that you are keeping your faith in God. Don't give up faith no matter what situation you face, because only he can be your protector. Remember that I am here when you need me. I will keep you in my heart and you will always be on my mind. It hurt to see you leave, but you will be back. For my brother. . . I love you man. I'm so proud of you for how long you have been in the service. I try to hold back my emotions whenever I think about you going to war because it hurts me to think about it. But now you are back. He took you there twice and brought you back safely, and I know he will do it again, if you had to go back.
I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Stay strong, keep the faith, and you will be back home soon!!!!! HOOOAAAH!!!!!
Hey what`s up Black Planet! My name is Sophia. I`m a 30 year old, Jamaican and Korean, outgoing, fun-loving female. I`m single with one child(No Baby Daddy Drama LOL), and have a strong head on my shoulders. Just here to meet new people and to have good, INTELLECTUAL conversation. This is just something to occupy my time when I get bored. When I`m not at work taking care of the sick, I like to chill and hang out with my friends. Oh and one more thing. The way you present yourself is going to determine what kinda response you are going to get. So, no words + no pic to look at on your page, = no response. If you would like to chat sometime, just send me a note. ;-) Isn't Chicago a beautiful city? I miss home, (Killeen, TX too). Well I'm in San Antonio for now, looking to meet new people and to have fun while I'm here. So if there is anyone that would like to show me how ya'll do it out here in San An, hit me up.

Are You A Reason, A Season, Or A Lifetime?
Pay attention to what you read. People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON. It is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.
Then people come into your life for a SEASON. Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons: things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Click on this picture, and tell me what you think.
What makes you think that just because I am
an Attractive woman of Godly intelligence
That I`m incomplete without a mate?
Who told you that without a man
something`s missing from my life?
And if so, what would that be?
Love?
I love myself
And more importantly I love the Lord
He told me that when I delight in Him,
He will give me the desires of my heart
Security?
I have everything I need according to His riches in
glory.
Intimacy?
Now, how`s a man going to get to know me
When he doesn`t even know who he is in the Lord
See my Father told me I`m above a ruby`s worth
And a gem does not seek, it is sought
I`m single and that`s all right with me
See, it`s not that I oppose relationships
It`s that I detest co-dependency
As a woman, I know it is not my role
To chase after any man
Esther 2:14 reads:
That I am to wait on my king and when he`s delighted
in me. He will call me by my name.
My Lord does not intend for me to be needy or
desperate.
I am to be Cherished, Relished, Valued, and Honored,
It`s not my job to convince him Or Convict him of
that,
My mate will already know it, and consistently show it
And he will stay on his knees daily, not just to adore
me
But to praise the Lord for the virtuous woman he has
found
So, when you see me by myself
I`m not alone, I know what I have coming to me
I`m single and saved, and right now that`s all I need
to be!
