What would you like to do on a first date? Go to a lake and sit and talk or sit at dinner by the water. Somewhere quiet where conversation and the real persona inside can be revealed. Why you should get to know me: Because I believe in honesty and the quality of a relationship. The friendship must be strong and must be real. The relationship can only be built on mutually EARNED trust. No games, no lies. We are all here for a reason...to find that someone..some to find that one and only special someone. I come right....I am only looking for one special someone...not several for various activities and affairs. What have past relationships taught you? that every one lies about sex and money. that the opposite of love is not hate....the opposite of love is indifference. What have you learned from past relationship? lol okay you asked...*You will never leave where you are until you decide where you would rather be *Men decide their habits, their habits decide their future *You will never possess what you are unwilling to pursue *Power is the ability to walk away from something you desire to protect something you love. Describe some of the most important things in your life: God, friendship, love, fidelity, monogamy, family, money, security and safety. I see the world as a place full of potential bounty and good luck, and painful experiences are interpreted as lessons from which to learn and move on.I believe that she or he who feels it knows it and he/she who knows it will feel it. I like good movies period. Love good comedy! Not afraid of the strong man, Afraid of the insecure; Not afraid of emotional risk, Afraid of apathy; Not afraid of commitment, Afraid of the unworthy; Not afraid of the unknown, Afraid of the ignorant.
In all things there are three choices; Yes, No and no choice, except in this--I either choose the truth or I am deceit. Identity, and self value will keep you from settling and you will be happy with just you and the dog if need be! I want to always be who I am, in a relationship, and alone!
One final thing I'd like to mention... I am looking forward to meeting those people who are in tune with themselves and reality. I want and desire someone who loves God, is sensitive, is kind, is compassionate, FAIR and HONEST to ME and HIMSELF. I want someone who truly seeks to know what love is unconditionally. I want a balance between security and passion. I need a man who is open and willing to explore life and love. Mature love. No more games. Just love and support. I want to be with someone I can feel "at home with." Both spiritually and sexually. IS as DOES. A man with character, sense of principle, sexy, sensual, sensitive, a good listener, fun-loving, oh and did I say romantic?, he likes to be kissed, he likes to be pampered & he likes to pamper. Not intimidated by new one on one experiences. I seek one good man who seeks one good woman. (disclaimer statement) WISH TO BE CASUAL AND FRIENDS FIRST THEN IF THINGS GO RIGHT...WE WILL SEE WHERE THE POSSIBILITIES LAY. I'd just like to add... Why is love so hard to keep? I think the answer lies in what you consider to be love. The reason why it is so hard to keep is simple.
Love is a constantly changing, always evolving entity, manifested by the moment.
Each day, love takes on a new form, and that same love is never repeated, only complimented.
I learned that love is something that changes daily, and with each passing day, we must appreciate the newly found reasons for being in love. And not expect to relive what was.
When we cling onto the things of old, we begin to hear negative dialogue such as; "You don't do (blank) any more....."
We can never love the same as we did yesterday, nor should we try. Just as we can never make love, exactly the same way in the yesterday.
Each day, we must appreciate what defines our mate, and realize that development gives way to change.
It was in these quiet moments that I understood "Why love is so hard to keep?". Love is so hard to keep because one cannot keep and maintain something that grows with each passing day.
I grasped that love must be shared not loitered.
