Ursula Stephen is a person who truly loves doing hair. She has been doing hair since high school, attending one of only two hair styling high schools in Brooklyn, NY. She previously worked out of a salon in Brooklyn, NY and was hesitant to leave her clients for celebrity work. Enjoying the pulse and beat of the salon, she finds creativity and inspiration from her surroundings. Ursula works with Rihanna and is responsible for "The Cut." Ursula created one of the most recognizable and requested hair cuts of 2008! She is creative, fashion forward and innovative in hair styling. Press friendly yet not media trained Ursula presents a unique opportunity for any brand. She has and continues to receive a HUGE amount of press. Ursula is a frequent expert in Essence magazine and has been featured many times for her style, creativity and vision. She also works on beauty features for seasons and specific hair looks or types.
