“WACP” is the acronym for “ We Are Creative People.” The original concept was established in Atlanta in the early to mid 1980’s with this on-line Ning community established April 28, 2008 as a (M.E.R.G.E. EMPOWER- MOVEMENT) Member Empowered Resource Gathering Exchange.
