Roland talks with Marc Morial about the results of filling out the Census. Morial, a former Mayor of New Orleans, explains that Census reporting affects how much money a city and county gets. Funds are distributed according to the number of people in a city and the census tract within that city. If you do not return the form and are not counted you short change your neighborhood and city.
