Hi, my name is Fran, short for Francene. I live in Cairns in Queensland.Australia. I am of Malaita and Aboriginal background. I have 3 children and I am also a proud grandmother to a 2 1/2 year old grandson. My children are 26,17 and 8years of age. Yes, they are exactly 9years apart. I am hoping to work and travel overseas in the near future with my youngest child. I am not your average, gurly gurl as I enjoy working in male dominating industries and love working with Heavy Duty Machinery. I have male as well as females trades. I feel that working in one industry is not what I want in life. Working in all industries is more fullfilling for me in this time of my life. Aviation Engineering is something that I thought would be interesting to learn, so in my free time I study it at home.

As a Strong Black Independant Woman, I want you to remember this, we are the matriarchs and backbones of our families and we only answer to our maker above. I would like to send a message of Love, Peace and Happiness too all the sisters out there and always remember, " .... life is tough, but you are tougher". Happiness starts within the heart as well as the home. We are all desiring the same thing and that is love and harmony. I pray that each and everyone find what they are looking for in life. I also pray and hope that one day soon, we will all live in peace and harmony.........as one.....

On the fun side of life, I have a zaney sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh. I enjoy jogging and walking along the beach, travelling and music. I love all sorts of music, but mainly between rnb and reggae. There's never a dull moment in my life and if I feel bored, I make the fun happen. Life is to short, so why not live it to the fullest..Oh yeah, I love to dance and I also love 70's music too........

Most of my family members are male, so yes, was raised with the boys. So I only want guys who are, "keepin' it real" in my life, as I am a mother of three. My ideal man will have to be honest, open minded, my friend, my soulmate in everyway, strong and supportive as well as a good listener. To be my partner, he would have to be all of the above.
