I'm a young sista born and raised in Philly I joined BlackPlanet to network with people who fit my character and to see what others lifestyles and beliefs are. I'm a new born again Christian; Christmas eve 2007, and I was baptized September 2009 I'm in a good Bible based church and it's helping me live this "new life" and I believe the only way to live it is understanding the Word of God and actually doing what it says. It's hard sometimes though because I had gotten used to the old life but everyday I get up out my bed I feel like I am closer to that goal where I can say "O.K. it's easier today because God is showing me something new about His Word and I get it; and I can use it to live this life."
