Life is truly a fleeting thing...enjoy it while it`s here. Take the time to take a walk in the park, smell the flowers, make someone smile and say what you feel and mean it from your heart...you may never get a second chance to do so.

Welcome and hope all is well with you and your life. I am a proud father and grandfather.I love spending time with them and doing my best to leave a legacy for them to follow and to better themselves! It`s a sacrifice, but wouldn`t you do it for yours?< I enjoy life and living but as you can see I am an avid runner...the older I get, the better I become at it. My goal is to run at least 1 event in every state before the Lord calls me home. I am also a BIG fan of R&B line dancing any and every one can do it and it is SO miuch fun!
