Hes cared about someone else before me and possibly will again, but he cares for me now, and thats all that matters. I dont expect him to be perfect, because I know Im flawed as well. And its true, he may not think of me every second of everyday and I may not be the center of his universe but he gave me a part of him that he knows I can break. So I wont hurt him, or try to change him and I wont expect more than I know he can give. My only promise is that I will smile when he makes me happy, yell when he makes me mad, miss him when hes not there, and love him like he will never break my heart.
