Hello all, Let's get right to the point. I love life and thus I try to experience new things, that will make the life that I have one to remember. I don't want to have any regrets when its all said and done and have thus far kept that promise to myself.
I've worked hard for what I have and the knowledge that I've obtained. I'm here to meet knew people that share the same interests, goals and love for life that I have. I go into relationships whether business or personal with the expectation that they must be "equally beneficial" that means that if you're not benefiting from my acquaintance. I would expect that you'd move around. And I would like you to know that I'm going to do the same.

Swedish Massage- The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being.
Hot Stone Massage- Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage therapy in which water-treated stones are placed at specific sites on the client's body to promote relaxation and to help open up the meridians (energy pathways). Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations. Cool stones are sometimes used alternately with hot stones. Massage oils are usually incorporated into the massage treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage- Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. This can be especially helpful for athletes who expose their muscles to daily, intensive conditioning. Deep tissue massage will noticeably loosen muscles, elevate pain, and increase mobility - all significant benefits for an athlete. However, you don't have to be an athlete to enjoy the benefits of deep tissue massage.
