Imagery (Poem) when you look into the mirror to alter your image
reaching for beauty, what do you see? do you see imagery of what
you used to be? or what you wish to be? or wonder what the people
see? is the image you reach for beyond reality? do you seek to
change your image to cater to others perception of beauty? beyond
what you see and what you want my image to be can you love me in
the ways that you love your imagery? can you internalize my
essence? or is your thoughts wrapped around grandiosity? am i a
slave unto your expanding ego? do you love elements of me before my
flesh dissolves in you? when you stare at my flesh do you delight
in what you see? do you know the vanity of imagery? when you gaze
into a mirror or when you stare at a picture of me? visual
projections of images, imagery don't bow down to images!!!
