To me, friendship starts when like minds converge, and continues when there is the willingness and commitment of all parties involved to exhibit and demonstrate mutual concern and respect.

While I see nothing wrong with people grouping together as one family, one religion, one race or one similar interest, this should never be inimical to common good and should manifest the richness of our diversity. The rainbow has many colours, but comes from one light.

We are unique in many ways, yet we have a lot in common.

So could we just build bridges and break barriers and enjoy our common heritage as members of one human race?
